🌿 Discover Your Five Element Pattern

A Five Element Self-Reflection Questionnaire

Have you ever wondered why some people naturally want to keep moving and getting things done, while others need quiet time to think and recharge?

Why some people thrive on connection and community, while others value independence, structure, or personal space?

Traditional Chinese Medicine uses the Five Elements—Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal and Water as a way of understanding different patterns and qualities.

We all have all five Elements within us. Some may simply feel more familiar or prominent than others.

This questionnaire is designed for curiosity and self-reflection. There are no right or wrong answers, and your results are not a diagnosis or medical assessment.

🌿 One Last Thought

Your result isn't meant to put you in a box.

You aren't simply a Wood person, Fire person, Earth person, Metal person or Water person.

You are a combination of all five.

This questionnaire is simply a way to notice which qualities may feel most familiar to you right now.

And sometimes the most interesting result isn't the Element with the highest score.

It's the one that makes you stop and think:

"Hmm... that sounds a lot like me."
