Follow-Up Acupuncture — 60 min | $130

Ongoing acupuncture care based on your treatment plan and how your body is responding.

Each visit is adjusted according to your current symptoms, changes since your previous treatment and what your body needs that day.

Each session builds on the last, helping the body shift out of holding and into a more stable, responsive state.

Focused Acupuncture — 30 min | $95

For existing patients or targeted support between full sessions.

Includes a consultation, assessment, and a full Acutonics® treatment using calibrated tuning forks applied to specific acupuncture points and areas of the body.

Acutonics® tuning forks are precision-calibrated instruments that use sound vibration to support balance within the body. When activated and applied to specific acupuncture points or areas of tension, the forks provide gentle sound vibration that can be experienced as deeply calming and grounding.

This subtle vibration helps to:

- Release physical tension

- Support circulation and energy flow

- Promote a calm, grounded state

Unlike mechanical or force-based treatments, tuning forks work through resonance—encouraging the body to shift out of stress patterns and into a more balanced, regulated state.

A focused treatment to help the body settle, unwind, and return to a more relaxed state.

Acupuncture is an individualized treatment that uses specific points on the body to help regulate the nervous system and support the body’s natural processes. It may be helpful for pain and muscular tension, stress, sleep, headaches, fatigue, and other patterns of imbalance, depending on your individual needs.

The massage component is focused on relaxation and general muscular tension and is adapted to complement your acupuncture treatment. It is not intended as deep-tissue or intensive remedial massage.

A restorative RMT treatment designed to promote deep relaxation while easing general muscular tension. Techniques and pressure are tailored to your individual needs and may include relaxation massage, myofascial techniques, stretching, and therapeutic massage techniques to leave you feeling relaxed, restored, and physically renewed.

This treatment is intentionally light and restorative rather than deep-tissue or intensive remedial massage.

Relaxation Massage — 30 min | $65

A focused RMT treatment designed to promote relaxation while easing areas of muscular tension. Techniques and pressure are tailored to your individual needs, leaving you feeling relaxed and restored.

RMT is available as a standalone 30/60 minute treatment or can be added to an acupuncture appointment.

Facial acupuncture and facial rejuvenation treatments are designed to address craniofacial tension, muscular and fascial restrictions, circulation, lymphatic movement, and nervous system regulation, with skin rejuvenation as a secondary benefit.

Treatment is individualized following an assessment of your health history, current concerns, facial tension patterns, and treatment goals. Depending on the treatment selected and your clinical needs, supportive techniques may include facial massage, gua sha, facial cupping, and LED light therapy.

These treatments combine the therapeutic benefits of acupuncture and facial massage to address craniofacial tension, muscular discomfort, restricted soft-tissue mobility, and stress-related holding patterns.

Acupuncture may help manage pain and support nervous system regulation. Therapeutic facial massage, gua sha, and facial cupping work with the soft tissues of the face, jaw (TMJ), neck, and scalp to ease muscular tension, improve tissue mobility, and support lymphatic movement.

LED light therapy may be incorporated while facial acupuncture needles are retained, using red, near-infrared, or blue light according to individual treatment needs.

The primary focus is therapeutic care and functional tissue health. Secondary benefits may include reduced facial puffiness, a more relaxed appearance, improved skin tone, promote collagen production, and support for overall skin quality.
